Queen Anne style house, circa 1880. This 1  1/2 story house had a gable roof and chimney. The Florida Master Site file says "The symmetrical cross gable house was a common type of vernacular architecture in Apalachicola in the late 19th century. This house is the only unaltered surviving example in the city."  In 1975, the house was in good condition and owned by Chester Rhodes.(1) Today, the house is gone and the lot is vacant.
